Can anyone do yoga?
Yoga is for any and everyone looking to connect with their innerselves. Yoga is a practice to connect your mind body and soul.
Can I do Yoga, if I am not flexible?
YES!!! Yoga is not just for flexible people. If you are willing then Yoga is for you. We all have to start somewhere & when I started I was not flexible. The key is being consistent, in order to see change and growth.
Where do I begin & what do I need to start?
First, you need to just breathe. Once you do that then you can connect your breath to each movement you do. Props you can use is a yoga mat, block, and strap. That's pretty much it. So get on your mat and start.
Do I have the right Body for yoga?
I hear this more often then you think. Yoga is not for a paticular BODY type. It is for anyone willing to do it. Every BODY is a Yoga body. So don't let nothing stop you from starting your practice.
Does it hurt to do yoga?
Of course! Yoga is like all other physical workouts. Your body is going to use muscles it have probably never used. So there will be some soreness that comes along with it. Just breathe and it will be Okay!
